RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It is important to us that you feel and look great in your recently ordered DE FÚT apparel and goods.

If for any reason you prefer a different fit, style, or need to make a return, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of purchase so long as the original item is in brand new, unworn condition.

First, shoot us a note:
Shoot us an email at hello@defutsoccer.com with your order # and let us know why you would like a return or exchange. We can then walk you through next steps (outlined below) and get you exactly what's right for you. 

Note: Limited Stock
Our products and limited lines are in high demand and often have limited stock. We don't guarantee stock for a different size or color scheme as products are on a first come, first serve basis.

Refunds (General):
Items must be in brand new condition with no wear in order to receive a refund. A refund will not be issued for items that are worn or damaged in transit.

EXCHANGES:
If you’d like to exchange for a different item, simply:
1. Contact us with your order number, hello@defutsoccer.com, to let us know which item you are hoping to exchange. 
2. After connecting with a rep, they will have you purchase your new item through the site.
3. When we ship the new purchase, we will include a prepaid return mail* for the original item. 
4. Place the original item in the included return mailing and drop it off at any USPS office. If the item is in soft packaging–i.e. not a box or mailing tube–you can drop it in any Blue USPS dropbox found on street corners nationwide.
5. Once we receive the item in brand new condition, we will refund the original purchase, including the original shipping.

Note: We can’t refund items damaged in transit, so please ensure items are packed securely. When in doubt, talk to your local post office.

*Sending prepaid packaging is on a case by case basis as we can only include prepaid envelopes for soft packaged goods. If exchanging a hard packaged good (like hats, bottles) and you do not have the original packaging, it must be taken to a USPS to be properly packaged at your expense.

RETURNS:
If you’d like to make a return for a refund, simply: 
1. Contact us with your order #, hello@defutsoccer.com, to let us know which item you are returning.
2. After connecting with a rep, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
3. If your original packaging is undamaged, feel free to reuse this packaging. Please remove or cover any previous shipping labels. If you do not have your original packaging, feel free to bring it to your local USPS as they will be more than helpful.
4. Drop it off at your local USPS. If the item is in soft packaging–i.e. not a box or mailing tube–you can drop it in any Blue USPS dropbox found on street corners nationwide.
5. We will refund the cost of the purchased item once we receive it in brand new condition.
